With Scotland committing to becoming net zero by 2045, all industry needs to give some serious thought to incorporating green energy solutions to its processes and this of course includes Scotch Whisky.
Fortunately Allen Associates and its partners are ahead of the game, working with distillers to provide process solutions to assist in achieving net zero emissions which can also ensure strategic business decisions are carbon resilient .
